Hiya, thanks for visiting! It’s such a pleasure to hang in your gorgeous company.

This is my personal blog. It is focused on clearing our limitations and breaking down the barriers we’ve placed around our hearts. My mission is to offer a safe space to inspire your mind, awaken your heart and expand your consciousness to remember the truth of who you are.

As a result, I write on self-love, self-awareness, intuition, inspiration, lightening up your life, feeding your spirit and even travel.

My goal is to create inspiring, healing content that supports you in discovering and being who you really are so you may live your most authentic, awakened, inspired life. Everything I offer comes from direct life experience. I’ve been a seeker my whole life, and have many helpful tips and healing tools in my toolbox.

If you are seeking more meaning in your life and want a better understanding of who you are, why you are here and long for a deeper connection to yourself and others, then this blog is for you. My Biography

I am a produced screenwriter with 17 years experience in the Vancouver Film Industry. I am also an intuitive healer, teacher, and the author, based out of Langley, BC, Canada.

I am passionate about telling compelling, inspiring, entertaining, hilarious, mysterious and real stories that push us to look deeper at ourselves and help make our world a brighter place to be. I write TV and Features including: “Love On the Slopes”, the first two seasons of “Chesapeake Shores” (Episodes “1006: Second Chances” and “2004: It’s Always Nashville”), “Pup Star”, “Russell Madness”, and “Monkey Up”. Coming soon: “Love Under the Rainbow” and multiple projects in various stages of development.

Previously, I was the VP of Development for Air Bud Entertainment, a family film company, ‘Home of Air Bud’, where for nearly 13 years, I wrote, developed and script supervised feature films for happy children everywhere.

Somewhere in there, I was a Creative Executive at Brightlight Pictures for 2 years, where I developed and/or wrote feature films and TV series for the international marketplace.

I am also an Intuitive Healer, certified as an Akashic Records Consultant, Intuitive Consultant, Reiki Master, Energy Field Practitioner and Crystallized Healing Practitioner.

I love to travel and connect with people from all over the world. Next up: Thailand or Africa to visit my orphaned elephants. A self diagnosed TV junkie, I PVR/Netflix and am not afraid to say it: Scandal, How to Get Away with Murder, Nashville, Homeland, Grey’s Anatomy, New Girl, Modern Family, Suits, The Originals…and more!

I also dabble in other awesome activities such as yoga, swimming, painting, photography, gardening, imitating Jim Carrey, meditation, dance parties with my nephew, hugging trees while hiking in the great outdoors…. and spending quality time with my peeps.
